On the other hand, Nike proposed a fruitful partnership resulting in the creation of a clothing line. With the guidance of CEO Philip Knight and his mother, Michael Jordan signed the contract that led to the birth of Jordan Brand.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid Syracuse is a mid-top shoe featuring a white leather upper with orange overlays. The laces and midsole are also white, while the outsole complements the design with the same orange color as the base overlays. Both shades are also present on the tongue.
